Are the facilities in the room that I have booked guaranteed?

Asw: The facilities as listed by the hotel in the room description are guaranteed. Any additional requests will have to be confirmed by contacting the hotel directly such as Computer is provided on request.

Can the hotel store my luggage before check in or after check-out?

Asw: Yes, we do have the store room for the customer and there will no be any charge or fee. Customer will provide with a ticket number.

Can I change or cancel my hotel rooms?

Asw : Note and remind us in 3 days advance. If we can not find any of your note, your booking still will be the same or your booking will be automatically terminated and first day’s fee charge is applied.

Can I change the name on my reservation?

Asw : Once a hotel booking is confirmed the name on the reservation cannot be changed. If more than one person is staying in the room, the reservation should be under the name of the person who will be arriving at the hotel first. If your booking is for multiple rooms, you can reserve each room under a different name

Can I check-in early or late?

Asw : Early Check-In: If you are hoping to check in a few hours early on your scheduled date of arrival, it will depend upon the hotel’s availability and you may be charged a fee. As is standard hotel industry practice, check-in times are typically after 12 p.m. the day of arrival. We will hold your luggage if we are unable to accommodate your schedule. Late Check-in: As with any hotel reservation, we suggest that you contact us if you plan to arrive late in the day. If you are going to be delayed or find that you cannot check-in to our hotel on the date you requested, you should contact us to let them know. If you don’t check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation, and you do not alert us in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. Calling us to make them aware of the delay will help to secure your room. For more information on early check-in or late check-in, please call the front desk or our hotline contact.

Can I request a special bed type?

Asw: We make every effort to get you the room you request, however as is standard hotel industry practice, room types cannot be guaranteed. We assign rooms based on the availability at check-in. We will do its utmost to accommodate your request.

Can I get extra beds in the room?

Asw: Yes, you can.an we advise to book a room according to the number of guests that will occupy it. It costs $10 for a extra bed.

Can I book the tour with the hotel ? ( How can I find the local travel agency ?)

Asw: We are travel agency and able to help you with any type of travel package and deal such as, hotel reservation, deal to travel all around Hanoi, Vietnam, bus-train-air ticket book and so on

Do hotels allow pets?

Asw: Pet is not allowed

Does the hotel rate include internet usage fee ?

Asw: Public computer and internet are provided for fee with high speed and stable connection (Lap Top and PC are provided in each room types)

Does the hotel rate include continental breakfast?

Asw: With any type of room booking, customer will get the free continental breakfast  – local and basic western breakfast style.

Do you offer special discounts?

Asw : We do operate the special discount as the special promotion which bases on the different of time and season

Do you offer reduced rates for children?

Asw : Children with group of age under 13 get free of charge and the other above 13 is counted as adult fee.

How far in advance can I make my hotel reservation?

Asw :  You can make a reservation for a hotel room 11 months in advance of your check-in date.

How many rooms can I book?

Asw: You can make a reservation for up to 4 rooms with different type, for a maximum of 15 nights per reservation. If you would like to make a group reservation, you may reserve at least 3 or more rooms at a time, provided they all have the same check-in and check-out dates.

Is the internet provided for free ? What is the wi-fi password ?

Asw : We are providing the high – speed internet ( Wifi – cable), laptop and Pc are available for free in each room. Hotel Wifi Passwork is provided by hotel staff

I want to check out after the stated check out time. What should I do?

Asw : Late check-out is generally not possible due to room availability. We advise that during your stay you ask the front desk if late check-out is possible. Please note that charges are applied. Late check out without any notes or remind and up to 1 hour late will be charge 50% room fee per day.

What’s the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?

Asw : A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds, both accommodate 2 persons. If your room type is Double/Twin it means that the room can be set up for either type.

Where can I find my itinerary and invoice?

Asw: Invoice and voucher are provided and attached with our confirmed email from our hotel
